1. Roll Call

        President Neal C. Torney called the meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:10 PM.  Members present: Jim Keleske, Mutch Owen, George Peterson, Terry Traska, Mike Carson, and Neal Torney. Dan Mortensen was excused. Quorum present. Also present Deputy Clerk Kathy Mason and Administrator of Public Works Tim Vergara.

3.           Motion to accept the minutes of May 24, 2010, was made by Mutch Owen and seconded by George Peterson. Motion carried by voice vote.                                                                    

4.           Cancel public hearing on Materials ordinance Chapter 10, Section 8.03, 3, b.

5.           Open public hearing on Flood Plain Ordinance Chapter X, 10-B, and Section 3 of the Village's Zoning Ordinance entitled Storm Water Runoff Control & Erosion Control. President Torney asked for public comments. 

6.            Close Public Hearing.

7.           Motion to Approve the Repeal and Adopt the New Flood Plain Ordinance Chapter X, Appendix 10-B was made by George Peterson and seconded by Jim Keleske. Roll Call vote as follows: George Peterson - Aye; Mutch Owen - Aye; Jim Keleske - Aye; Terry Traska - Aye; Mike Carson - Aye; and Neal Torney - Aye. Motion carried by unanimous vote.                                                

8.           Motion to Approve the Repeal and Adopt Chapter X, Section 3.08 & 3.09 of the Village's Zoning Ordinance entitled Storm Water Runoff Control & Erosion Control was made by George Peterson and seconded by Jim Keleske. Roll Call vote as follows: George Peterson - Aye; Mutch Owen - Aye; Jim Keleske - Aye; Terry Traska - Aye; Mike Carson - Aye; and Neal Torney - Aye. Motion carried by unanimous vote.                                        

 9. Motion to adjourn was made by Jim Keleske and seconded by Terry Traska. Motion carried by voice vote. Meeting adjourned at 7:24 PM.
